Liquid Membrane – Substrate Waterproofing

   Coverage: Covers up to 80 ft² – 2 coat.

   Number of Coats: Apply two coats, providing a total thickness of at least 0.5 mm.

   Tools Needed: Paint brush, or roller for easy and efficient application.

   Cleaning of Tools: Clean tools with water while the product is still fresh.

   Drying Time: Allow 12 to 24 hours before proceeding to the next step. The second coat can be applied approximately 2 hours after the first.

   Single-Component: A ready-to-use solution that simplifies your waterproofing process.

   Junction of Cracks: Use with Concrete Art Coating  Sealing Tape to effectively seals cracks, enhancing structural integrity.

   Solvent-Free: Environmentally friendly with no harmful solvents.

   Authorized Certification: Approved for composite waterproofing in heavily wetted areas, conforming to stress class A standards.

   Malleable Consistency: Easy to use with a pasty consistency that does not flow or splash.

Preparation of Substrate:

• Clean with TSP, ensuring a dry, firm, load-bearing, and dust-free substrate.

Application:

• Use a brush, or roller.
  Apply a generous layer in corners and joints, adding Sealing Tape in the still fresh layer.
  Apply two coats, ensuring a total thickness of at least 0.5 mm. The  Sealing Tape must be completely covered and integrated into the Liquid Membrane layer.
  Second coat can be applied approximately 2 hours after the first.
  Drying can be accelerated with a fan.

Next Steps:

• Begin the further steps of Concrete Art Coating products once the second layer is dry, 12 to 24 hours after the last application.
  Apply primer over the liquid membrane before Applying the Concrete coating when using Standard Kit. No primer required when using Evolution Kit.

Storage: Store away from frost. Approximately 6 months shelf life in the original closed packaging.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wear protective goggles, clothing, and a respiratory mask. May trigger an allergic reaction.
