Key Features:
- Coverage: 3kg – 40 to 70 ft² (2 coats), 1.5kg – up to 35ft² (2 coats).
1.5kg – 20 to 35 ft² (2 coats), 1.5kg – up to 35ft² (2 coats).
Coverage Note: coverage may vary depending on the surface porosity on the number of ceramic joints. - Surface Suitability:Â Ideal for all surfaces, including walls, countertops, showers, floors, tiles, furniture, and fireplaces.
Pot Life:Â Enjoy a pot life of 3 hours; close the bucket with lids between uses for preservation.
Number of Layers:Â Apply two layers for optimum leveling.
Tools Required: Utilize a bucket with lids of at least 7 liters, Mixing Paddle on drill, stick for scraping, Trapezoid Application trowel
Drying Time Between Coats:Â A rapid drying time of 30 minutes to 2 hours (speed up with a fan) ensures efficient application.
Indoor/Outdoor Use:Â Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the stability of each tile or surface to be covered.
Clean with TSP Concentrate-Degreaser and let it dry.Apply Primer with a Foam roller in one or two coats. Use a brush to cover corners properly. Allow to dry until a translucent film is obtained before applying the Leveler. Accelerate drying time with a fan.
Preparation of Concrete Leveler:
- Add water to a suitable bucket and mix with the Concrete Leveler using an Electric drill with Mixing Paddle to obtain a homogeneous mix.
Application of Concrete Leveler:
- Use an application trowel to apply the first layer, filling the ceramic joints.
Once the first coat partially dries (30 min to 2 hours), apply a second coat to level the surface properly.Allow complete drying for 12 to 24 hours before proceeding to the next step.
 Finishing:
After 12 to 24 hours of drying, to ensure a smooth surface, lightly sand the leveler with 120 Sandpaper Disc using electric Orbital sanding tools ideally connected to a dust collector.
