• Coverage Considerations: Coverage estimates are calculated based on a thin and smooth application. Coverage may vary depending on the installer or the surface porosity.
• Medium Texture: Increase the quantity by 25% to ensure thorough coverage.
• Deep Texture: Allow a minimum of 50% more Concrete Coating to achieve the desired depth and richness in texture.
• Indoor/Outdoor Use: Suitable for indoor with the Standard Version and suitable for outdoor when using Evolution Formula.

Color Options:

Usage Guidelines:

• Pot life: 3 hours (close the bucket with the lid between uses).
• Drying time between coats: 1 to 2 hours (accelerate with a fan).
• Number of layers: 2 layers recommended.
• Tools required: Bucket with lid, Mixing Paddle on drill, Application Trowel, Sandpaper Disc (120 grits for Standard
• Version, 60 Grits for Evolution).
• Time before proceeding to the next step: 12 to 24 hours.
• Cleaning: Clean tools and bucket with water while the concrete is still fresh.

Important Note: The Concrete Art Coating 3KG or 1.5KG must be completely mixed to certify the color. Partial mixing may result in different color variation and will not be certified.

Surface Preparation:

1. Ensure the surface is dry, solid, and free from contaminants that could affect adhesion. Use TSP-Degreaser for cleaning before applying the Primer.
   Masking Tape: Apply Blue Masking Tape around the perimeter for a clean transition, keeping it approximately 1/16” away from the area to be coated at inside corner.
   Fiberglass Mesh Tape: When applicable, Use Fiberglass Mesh Tape on substrate joints to stabilize surfaces and minimize the risk of cracks.
   Drywall Preparation: When applying over drywall, ensure it meets a paint-ready standard (taping, corner & plastering in place).
   Primer Application: Apply a thin, even layer using the Foam Roller Kit with Brush. Apply a second coat on very porous surfaces that dry quickly.
   Drying: Primer will form a transparent film once dry. Speed up drying with a fan.
   Concrete Coating Application: Once the Primer is dry, proceed with the application of Concrete Coating.
   Evolutions Formula: For those using the Evolution Formula, unless applying over Concrete Leveler or Liquid membrane, you may disregard the Primer Step.

Preparation of Concrete Coating:

1. Empty the Concrete Coating into a suitable bucket.
   Add water or Evolution Formula following the instructions.
   Mix thoroughly using a Mixing Paddle on a drill.
   Scrape the sides well to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
   Once mixed, the concrete will harden in 3 hours if kept in a closed bucket with lids. Remix if hardening is noticed, adding 5ml extra water if necessary.

Application of Concrete Coating:

1. Apply a thin layer of approximately 1 mm with an Application Trowel.
   Make half-moon movements in all directions.
   Smooth rough edges and leave to dry until pale (approximately 2 hours).
   Apply a second coat with an Application Trowel, texturing if desired using our  Pool Trowel or burnish Using our Burnishing Trowel.
   A third coat can be applied if necessary.

Finishing:

1. Wait until the next day for optimal drying.
   Sand the surface with 120-grit Sand Paper Disc for the Standard Version or 60-grit for the Evolution Formula.
   Clean the surface gently using vacuum or a dry cloth, ensuring it’s dust-free.
   Proceed to the next step based on the formula used (Standard Sealer or Impregnator Sealer for the Standard Version and Varnish for Evolution Formula).
